DTF (Direct-to-Film) is a modern decoration method where your design is first printed onto a special PET film (with coloured inks and white underbase), coated with a fine adhesive powder, then heat‑pressed (cured) onto the garment.
DTF is increasingly used by printers and apparel services across the UK because of its versatility and cost-effectiveness.
You can bring your garments or blanks to our Sunderland location. We’ll work with you directly on proofs, positioning, and finishes—no impersonal online-only production.
Because we already supply and manage workwear, uniforms, and corporate clothing, we understand the fabrics, tolerances, and demands (durability, washability) that such garments require.
You don’t have to commit to huge quantities. Whether it’s a one-off shirt for a special event or dozens of uniforms, we can handle it.
We use premium films, inks, and adhesive systems to ensure the prints resist cracking, peeling, or fading—especially when washed inside-out and on cold or mild cycles.
DTF enables full-colour prints, gradients, fine lines, photographic elements, and more. Intricate logos or multicolour designs can be reproduced accurately.
